Costa Realty was founded by Sylwia and Gerard, a couple whose passion for property and international living naturally evolved into a mission: helping others find their dream home on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.
Our story stretches across three countries — Poland, the United Kingdom, and now Spain — and each chapter taught us what foreign buyers truly need when searching for a home abroad.
For many years, we lived between Poland and London, where both of us worked professionally within the real estate and property sectors. We gained experience in sales, rentals, property management and customer care, and we saw first-hand how different markets operate and what high-quality service should look like.
This international background became the foundation of how we work today: with transparency, empathy and an understanding of every stage of the relocation journey.
When we finally moved to Spain, we didn’t just start over — we built something of our own. Long before Costa Realty was born, we launched Costa Concierge, a successful property management company supporting many homeowners across the Costa Blanca. From taking care of luxury villas and holiday apartments to managing rentals and day-to-day maintenance, Costa Concierge gave us deep insight into the Spanish property market from the inside.
We learned what owners struggle with, what tenants expect, what properties hold real value, and which locations offer the best lifestyle and long-term investment potential.
This experience became invaluable when creating Costa Realty.

Most importantly, Costa Realty operates as a fully legal and officially registered real estate agency in the Valencian Community. We are certified members of the Spanish regulatory body API (Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria) and hold an active RAICV registration number, which together prove that we meet all legal, ethical and professional requirements to operate in Spain.
For us, joining API and obtaining RAICV was essential — not only to ensure full legal compliance, but to give our clients complete confidence and transparency in everything we do.
